The Nancy Ross Training Center (NRTC) was established in 2003 by Dana and Nancy Ross, a YWAM couple with a heart to disciple the nations and Thailand, in particular. Located right next to the YWAM Thailand National Office, the NRTC is one of the core training centers of YWAM Thailand. The NRTC is the most outreach team frequented building. However, most of the teams that come through the NRTC are only here on their way to another ministry location. Why not stay awhile to get to know and minister to the neighbors next door – or even on the same floor?! We have more than 20 university students who serve as NRTC staff and volunteers. Most of them come from hill tribes in the north such as the Hmong, Akha, Karen, etc. As the number of these students grows, we see the importance of discipling them. So a new ministry has been birthed – a ministry to these students. We would like to invite you to come invest your life with these university students through sharing testimonies and encouragement, having English conversations, teaching English, teaching music and even by joining together in worshipping the Lord. There will also be other ministry opportunities you can be involved in such as working in the slums, working with the elderly, and ministering to the homeless all while working alongside our student volunteers.
